2.4GHz Wi-Fi only

To connect your iDeerFit iDose Pill Dispenser to Wi-Fi, follow these steps:

1. Power it up

   • Please plug in the power adapter before setup. The device cannot connect to Wi-Fi using backup batteries alone.

2. Enter Wi-Fi setup mode

   • If it’s your first time, just follow the on-screen instructions.
   • If you’re changing Wi-Fi, press and hold the Wi-Fi button (on the right side) for 8 seconds until you see a setup message and the green breathing light starts flashing.

3. 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only

   • iDose supports 2.4GHz networks only.
   • It does not support 5GHz Wi-Fi.
   • Android users: choose a network labeled “2.4G” when possible.
   • iPhone users: if you’re unsure of your Wi-Fi band, watch this short guide or contact your internet provider for help.

4. Turn on Location & Bluetooth

   • Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth and Location services are enabled during setup.

5. Keep the app open

   • Stay in the app while the connection is being made. Do not switch apps or lock your screen.
