Can't find the device via Bluetooth?

1. Power on the device
   Make sure the device is plugged in and powered on. It won’t appear if it’s off or only running on backup batteries.

2. Enter pairing mode
   Check if the green light is softly blinking — that means the device is in pairing mode.
   If not, press and hold the Wi-Fi button for 8 seconds to re-enter pairing.

3. Turn on Bluetooth & Location on your phone
   Both are required for setup. (You can disable Location after pairing.)

4. Stay close to the device
   Keep your phone within 15 feet (5 meters) during pairing.

5. Check app permissions
   Go to your phone’s settings and ensure the app has Bluetooth and Location permissions enabled.

💡 Tip: Restarting your phone or turning Bluetooth off and on can also help refresh the connection.
