Forgot device password or it's not working?

No worries! You can reset your iDose Pill Dispenser password in two ways:

Option 1: Reset on the device

  1. On the password screen, press and hold both the Lock button and the Menu/Back button for 3 seconds.
  2. The screen will switch to a reset page with a 20-second countdown.
  3. Keep holding the two buttons until the countdown ends.
  4. You’ll then be prompted to set a new 4-digit password directly on the device.

Option 2: Reset via the App

  1. Open the app and go to Device Settings > Change Password.
  2. Enter your App identity verification code.
  3. Set a new password and save — it will sync to your device.

Note: The password helps protect your medication and prevent unauthorized changes. Please choose a code you’ll remember and keep it safe.
