Forgot device password or it's not working?
No worries! You can reset your iDose Pill Dispenser password in two ways:
Option 1: Reset on the device
- On the password screen, press and hold both the Lock button and the Menu/Back button for 3 seconds.
- The screen will switch to a reset page with a 20-second countdown.
- Keep holding the two buttons until the countdown ends.
- You’ll then be prompted to set a new 4-digit password directly on the device.
Option 2: Reset via the App
- Open the app and go to Device Settings > Change Password.
- Enter your App identity verification code.
- Set a new password and save — it will sync to your device.
Note: The password helps protect your medication and prevent unauthorized changes. Please choose a code you’ll remember and keep it safe.
