Can't connect or pair your iDose device with the App?

1. Power source: Make sure the device is plugged into the wall outlet. Backup batteries alone won’t support pairing.

2. Pairing mode: When the green light is softly blinking, the device is in pairing mode. If not, press and hold the Wi-Fi button for 8 seconds to re-enter pairing mode.

3. Use 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only (on your phone): ⚠️ Please make sure your phone or tablet is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network before pairing. iDose only supports 2.4GHz networks — not 5GHz.

   • Android users: Select a network labeled “2.4G”
   • iPhone users: Watch this guide or contact your internet provider if unsure

4. Turn on Bluetooth & Location Services: Both are needed during setup (you can disable Location later).

5. Keep the App open: Don’t switch apps or lock your screen during pairing.
