How to reboot the device?

📍 Locate the small “Restart” hole on the back of your device (next to the knob, as shown in the picture).

Then use a SIM card pin, a paperclip, or any thin pointed object to gently press and hold the restart button inside for about 3-5 seconds.

This will force the device to reboot, and most issues should be resolved afterward.
