How to Extend Capacity

About the Product Design:

Our automatic pill dispenser (e.g. WY20 model) is designed around a modular tray system, where each tray holds a 14-day supply for one scheduled dose per day (e.g., 8:00 AM daily). This design allows users to combine trays to support more complex routines—like twice-daily or three-times-daily medication plans.

For example:

• 1 Tray = 14 days x 1 dose/day
• 2 Trays = 14 days x 2 doses/day = 28 total doses
• 3 Trays = 14 days x 3 doses/day = 42 total doses

So when using the 3-tray configuration, it indeed supports a 21-day supply for 2 doses per day (morning and evening), or a 14-day supply for 3 doses per day, depending on how you configure the medication schedule.

How to Extend Capacity (Using 6 Trays as an Example):

You can expand your medication supply by combining trays. For instance, a user taking 3 doses per day (morning, noon, evening) can assign:

• Tray 1 → Tray 2 for morning doses (28-day extended capacity)
• Tray 3 → Tray 4 for noon doses
• Tray 5 → Tray 6 for evening doses

In the app or on the device, simply use the “Extend Supply” feature to combine trays (e.g., Tray 1 → 2), so the medication will be dispensed sequentially from both trays as a single schedule.
