Can be shared by multiple people?

Our WY20 dispenser is currently designed to pair with one app account per device, but the device itself can be shared by multiple family members — depending on your setup.

Here’s how it works:

• Each tray can be assigned to a different person, with their own unique dispensing time.
• For example: If Dad takes meds at 9:00 AM and Mom at 6:00 PM, they can each have a dedicated tray.
• You can rename trays in the app to reflect who they belong to (e.g., “Dad – AM Meds”, “Mom – PM Meds”), so it’s easy to keep track.

ℹ️ Currently, the app only manages one device per account. But we’re working on a future update that will allow one account to control multiple devices — perfect for families or caregivers managing meds for multiple loved ones.

That said, if someone has a complex medication schedule or takes meds multiple times a day, we do recommend having a dedicated dispenser for best clarity and adherence.
