Tray seems stuck?
Hearing strange noises or the tray seems stuck? Let’s check together:
Most of the time, it’s not a device failure — just a small fixable issue. Here are a few things to check:
☑️ 1. Is the tray inserted correctly?
Make sure the tray is fully pushed in and aligned with the “Start” mark. If it’s off by a slot, it may jam or make noise while rotating.
☑️ 2. What type of pills are in the tray?
If you’re using capsules, soft-gels (like fish oil), or gummies, we recommend placing them in a tray by themselves. Sticky pills can clump or block the chute.
☑️ 3. Are pills stacked too high?
Each pill compartment works best when pills are laid flat and do not overflow or pile up. Overfilling may block rotation.
☑️ 4. Is the device running on battery power? Are the batteries suitable?
If yes, rotation strength might be weaker — especially when battery power is low.
We recommend:
- Keeping the device plugged in for smooth rotation and accurate reminders.
- If using batteries, please use AA alkaline or Ni-MH rechargeable batteries.
- ⚠️ Avoid carbon zinc batteries. Note that some Ni-MH batteries may cause a low-battery warning even when charged.
