Not receiving app notification?
⚠️ Not receiving medication reminders when the app is running in the background?
📱 For Android users:
Some Android systems may limit background apps to save battery, which can block reminder notifications.
✅ Fix it in two quick steps:
Step 1: Disable battery optimization
- Go to Settings > Battery > App Battery Management
- Find the IDEERFIT App
- Set it to “No restrictions” or “Allow background activity”
Step 2: Lock the app in the recent tasks list
- Open the Recent Apps screen
- Long-press the IDEERFIT App card
- Tap “Lock” (or find the 🔒 lock icon)
- This prevents the system from automatically closing the app.
🍏 For iPhone users:
Make sure notifications are enabled for IDEERFIT:
✅ Check these settings:
- Go to Settings > Notifications > IDEERFIT
- Ensure “Allow Notifications” is turned ON
- Enable Sounds, Banners, and Alerts
- Keep the app running in the background — don’t swipe it away from the task list
