Device Password stopped working?

🔒 My password stopped working — could it be from moving the device?

To ensure smooth operation, we recommend placing your iDose Pill Dispenser on a stable surface and avoiding moving it after setup. In rare cases, relocating the device may affect the password function.

No worries — here are two simple ways to reset your password:


☑️ Option 1: Reset on the device

  1. On the password screen, press and hold both the Lock and Menu/Back buttons for 3 seconds.
  2. The screen will enter a reset page with a 20-second countdown.
  3. Keep holding both buttons until the countdown finishes.
  4. You’ll be prompted to set a new 4-digit password.

☑️ Option 2: Reset via the App

  1. Open the app and go to Device Settings > Change Password.
  2. Enter your identity verification code.
  3. Set and save your new password — it will sync to your device automatically.
