How to Extend Medication Supply Duration on ideerfit?

When you find that IDEERFIT’s 14-day medication supply is insufficient due to changes in your daily medication dosage (number of times you take medication per day), you can use the “Expansion” feature by combining medication trays to extend the medication supply duration.

How to Set Up Expansion?

Example 1: If you have a dispenser with 6 trays and want to expand the capacity using Tray 1 and Tray 2.

Tray 1: DAY 1 - DAY 14
Tray 2: DAY 15 - DAY 28

1、Fill Medication:

Sort the medications that need to be taken at the same time each day and place them in Tray 1 and Tray 2 sequentially.

2、Set Time:

Set the dispensing time for both Tray 1 and Tray 2 to 8:00 AM.

3、System Prompt:

The system will prompt that the medication schedule for Tray 1 is the same as for Tray 2.
Select Expansion:

Use the up/down or left/right buttons to select the “Expansion” option, and press the OK button to confirm.

4、Confirm Expansion:

After confirmation, IDEERFIT will dispense medication in the order of Tray 1 → Tray 2, ensuring a 28-day medication supply duration.

Notes：When the “Expansion” feature is selected, all participating trays will reset and start operating again, dispensing medication in sequential order from the smallest to the largest tray number, thus extending the medication supply duration.
